Project Manager/Scheduler for the building masonry and anew comfort station
including glazed block, electric, plumbing, landscaping, and SS roof. Fast-Track
Project given through a bonding company to successfully complete within 8 months.
The project had the challenge of dealing with utility services to be compliant with

2/2011-06/2012 NY Parks Pearl St.MG-41000-107M $2M for Paul J. Scariano, Inc.
Project Manager/Scheduler for the reconstruction of an existing City Park
located in Lower Manhattan, NY. The project consists of foundation remediation,
structural soil, rock feature, landscaping, new play equipment, new drains and water
work, steel fence and concrete/asphalt pavement. A unit item project had overrun
items on various items as well as MPT constraints. Substantial completed scheduled
for September 2011 (approx. 4 month completion out of 12 month contract.)
2/2011-12/2011 MTA Metro-North Rail Contract# 73258 – Design of Mott Haven
Fueling Pad $564K for Paul J. Scariano, Inc.
Project Manager for the installing new cast-in-place and pre-cast pad for a new
fueling system (including a 550 Gal. UST and 3000 Gal. AST) electrical, and fire
suppression system at an existing MTA Metro-North Fueling Yard. Lead to
becoming a “Carboline” (corrosion resistant lining) Authorized Installer. Petrocontaminated
soil removed offsite prior to the removal of the existing 2000 Gal. AST.
The project was substantially completed in 6 months out of 14 month contract.
5/2011 –2/2012 NYCT Contract# P-36422 CBH 292/293 $1.7M for PJS Electric, Inc.

Project Manager for the rehabilitation of six electrified track stations with two
bidirectional systems for each bridge consisting of Project value of $5.6 million, was
completed ahead of the Scheduled 14 months period using Critical Path Method
(CPM). Substantial completed February 2011. Responsibilities: Schedule Work,
Subcontractor Coordination, Audits, etc. – Scored 90% NYCT Audit.
Scope of work included platform edge replacement, structural steel beam and
expansion joint repairs, lead and asbestos abatement, rivet-busting, tactile dome

Quality Manager for the rehabilitation of six electrified track bridges with two
bidirectional systems for each bridge consisting of type-one and type-six track.
Project value of $12 million, was completed ahead of the Scheduled 14 months
period using Critical Path Method (CPM). Contract# C-80136.
Scope of work included concrete restoration, track construction, Third Rail Work
replace/repair structural steel, waterproofing work, lead abatement, and
approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of six-inch concrete track bed at each of the six bridges.
Major responsibilities for the project included the following:
WDF Inc., Mt. Vernon, NY FEB 2004 – MARCH 2008
Project JA-2G (Water Pollution Control Plant or Waste Water/Sewer Plant) Phase 2,
New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), Jamaica, NY
Assistant Project Manager assisted the project manager with scheduling,
estimating materials, labor, and equipment quantity and pricing. Project value of
$130 million.
Scope of work included new plumbing and mechanical systems at the plant, new
construction of two buildings, masonry, time and materials work, unit cost work,
structural steel, concrete mat footings, augured pile casts and remediation of 12
sludge and storage tanks.

Major responsibilities for the project included the following:
Ø Scheduled, estimated and transmitted all materials and labor
utilizing Primavera P3, Expedition, MS Excel.
Ø Created CPM baseline and updates for self-performed work.
Ø Drafted pencil copy of monthly requisitions composed of a
breakdown structure.

foundations, structural concrete and steel columns, soil remediation. Responsible for
quality control of mat foundation.

Field Technician and Quality Control Supervisor reporting to senior project manager
of the Rutgers physical plant for new mid-rise (20 floors) construction.
North Brunswick High School, New Jersey School Construction Corporation, North

Responsibilities included acting as project coordinator to oversee the core/shell
development of the project to closeout, coordination of subcontractors for
